What Are The Differences Between ADHD and ADD Children?

There are some significant differences between children who suffer from ADD and the one with ADHD. Here are things you need to know:
- For the ADHD children, the problem with behaviors appears very soon, even in preschool age. You can notice they are very impulsive, hyperactive and sometime defiant. However, with ADD kids, they remain nice during the preschool age.
- When the ADHD kids go to school, the problem become apparent to both teachers and parents. Parent will usually receive reports from school about the misbehavior of their kids. However, in this time (in the 1st and 2nd grade) there is little to no apparent problem for the kids with ADD.
- From the 3rd grade, the problem the ADD kids become apparent. The reason is because at this age, they initially have to use the brain to solve the problems in the homework. If your kid has ADD, he/she will try to find reasons to avoid doing it, sometime purposely forget their duties. Meanwhile, the ADHD kids still on their track to uncontrollableness. Both ADD and ADHD kids at this time have difficulty in managing their lives, getting along with their peers and usually have argument with parents and teachers.
